This year was a constant need to improve my lifestyle.

I am trying to make a change.

In myself.

It is a constant battle.

I am tired of how others are always viewing me.

I am tired of criticising myself in the mirror.

It's the same reason why I rarely take pictures or selfies nowadays.

The reason why I am reluctant to meet up with friends & relatives.

The reason why I try to steer from social media.

Because they'd always judge me from how I look.

It's just me, here.

Trying to make a difference in my life.

And it begins with me.

So that I can be a better version of myself.

And I hope, that THAT, is good enough.
