Family time.

Is so precious.

I used to hate.. going for family gatherings.

Because I was so shy.

I'd isolate myself.

Even with my own cousins.

That was how introvert I was.

But now, at this age...

Things are so different.

I feel more closer to my relatives.

We don't get to see each other often.

But when we do, it's so nice to catch up.

Chat, tease, laugh with each other.

Time with them, is so precious now.

And it's not enough.

Today.. being at my late grandma's home.

Was so nostalgic.

My Mum felt it. I did too.

That spot in her room where her hospital bed once was.

Now was just an empty space.

Just like how we felt at the moment.

Empty.

But the presence of each other filled that up.

It's nice.. to still hold on to that.
