Nothing like cereal, milk & honey to start off the day. 

The weather has been amazing these days. 

It’s always like that at the end of the year.

Almost symbolic. For an unusually hectic year to slow down and unwind.

Gymmed in the morning & got myself mentally prepared for work. 

Being productive and having a routine each day helps. It’s like exercise for the mind.

Because once you stop,

 It feels like you could just spiral down at any moment.

And nobody wants that.
