I turned to my laptop, scrolled through my iTunes, and played this song.

'Heart Like Yours' started playing.

I had made a whole playlist of songs, just for us.

A playlist that represented us.

Of.. what.. we have. 

Of what we are.

I turned to you. Your back was facing me.

And I hugged you from behind.

I just hugged tightly and I didnt ever want to let go.

I buried my face in your back. 

Closed my eyes.

And concentrated on the song. 

And what it meant to me.

Looking back, 

I'm so blessed with all the opportunities I've been given.
In love and in life.
Getting to travel.
Getting to meet different types of people.
Dealing with different characters.
Caring for people who I don't even know.
Getting heartbroken.
Falling in love.
So many…
It's really broadened my perspective of the world.

I just watched a movie called 'Annie' today. It's such an adorable musical. And to make it better, the songs were all rearranged and reproduced by the great SIA! So beautiful.

This is a special song to me.
It is so empowering.
I imagine myself on stage.
A spotlight,
And a thousand eyes on me.
And I am living my dream.
