Met up with Ida today for some music therapy session haha. We ended going a big round around the school just to find a spot. Hahaha damn, what an exercise. Felt good stepping out of the house. I just felt like I needed a change of.. environment. Today, I felt genuinely happy for once. Then it came crashing down when I read something. How long can I keep this up? There's only so much I can take. I.. I don't know anymore.
